Provider and scope
Fixmit is operated by Individual Entrepreneur AKHMED DADAKAEV. These terms govern use of the software by businesses and independent professionals. Full provider details are available in the legal notice.
Service and account
Fixmit provides online scheduling and public booking pages. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting your credentials and the content you publish. Fixmit is not a party to treatments or services your customers book with you.
Subscription, price and payment
Fixmit is currently free to use. New accounts do not require a payment. An optional Pro subscription is planned for later. A paid plan only starts after you explicitly select it and confirm the displayed terms. Previous payments and agreements remain subject to their agreed terms.
Payment providers
PayPal processes payments for PayPal checkouts. If you use a checkout expressly identified as Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for that purchase, subject also to the buyer terms linked in that checkout. Your receipt identifies the provider used.
Cancellation and access
Cancel before the next renewal through the payment provider’s subscription management or contact office@dadakaev.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues to the end of the period. Access may be restricted after the paid period if payment is not received. Our refund policy governs refunds.
Acceptable use and customer data
Illegal content, spam, abusive access and interference with security are prohibited. Businesses are responsible for lawful collection and use of customer data. Do not enter sensitive health data in public profile or booking fields. We may suspend accounts in cases of abuse.
Availability and statutory rights
Maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We do not promise a particular number of bookings or amount of revenue. Mandatory statutory rights and liability claims remain unaffected. Affected account holders will be informed of material changes to these terms.
