FIXMIT
Privacy policy

Controller and contact
Individual Entrepreneur AKHMED DADAKAEV, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street N 52, Attic, Tbilisi, Georgia, is responsible for operating Fixmit. Privacy enquiries: office@dadakaev.com. Each bookable business is responsible for its own customer relationships and use of booking data.
Data processed
Visits generate technical data such as IP address, time and requested pages. Accounts involve names, email addresses, protected password data and settings. We also process published profile information, availability, booking data, subscription identifiers, payment status and billing periods. Support enquiries contain the information you provide. For one-time purchases we also process order and transaction identifiers, payment status and access expiry.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide accounts, bookings, notifications and subscriptions and to handle support enquiries. Where the GDPR applies, processing necessary for a contract relies on Article 6(1)(b), legal obligations on (c), and security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests under (f). Consent-based processing relies on (a); consent can be withdrawn.
Public profiles and bookings
Your profile name, photo, description, published business address and services may be visible on your public booking page and indexed by search engines. A booking shares the entered contact and appointment details with the selected business. Passwords and internal booking lists are not part of the public profile.
Service providers and payments
Technical service providers are used for hosting, infrastructure and email delivery. PayPal processes payment data under its own responsibility for PayPal purchases. For an expressly offered Paddle checkout, Paddle does so as reseller. Fixmit receives identifiers and status updates needed to manage subscriptions; full card numbers and card security codes are not stored in Fixmit.
Cookies and local settings
Fixmit uses technically necessary cookies for login, session security and protection against forged requests. Language and display preferences may be stored in the browser. Payment providers may use their own cookies during checkout; their privacy notices also apply.
Retention and international processing
Data is processed as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable legal retention obligations. On a deletion request we assess which data can be deleted and which must be retained. The provider is registered in Georgia; depending on the service provider, processing may occur outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers require appropriate legal safeguards. Contact us for information about service providers and transfers.
Your rights
Where applicable, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. Send requests to office@dadakaev.com; we may need reasonable identity verification to handle them.
