FIXMIT
Refund policy
Updated: 10 October 2026
14 days after the first payment
You may request a full refund of your first paid Fixmit subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment, including after an offered free trial. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory withdrawal, warranty or refund rights. The 14-day policy also applies to the first one-time purchase of 30-day access.
How to request a refund
Email office@dadakaev.com with your Fixmit account email and transaction or subscription identifier. Do not send full card details. For purchases through Paddle you may also request a refund through paddle.net. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy also apply to those purchases; any additional rights remain unaffected.
Renewals and technical issues
Subsequent monthly renewals are generally not refunded on a prorated basis except where legally required. Contact us about duplicate charges, incorrect charges or material technical problems so we can investigate and resolve them. Cancellation alone does not refund periods already paid.
Payment and access
We initiate eligible refunds within 14 days after accepting the claim using the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to credit the amount. A full refund ends access for the refunded period and the related subscription is ended to prevent further renewals.
